Each week we meet at either at 6pm to educate you on a new nutrition topic. Topics such as how to read a nutrition label or what to choose when dining out. Classes are limited to 30 minutes, starting with a private weigh-in. You get coaching and follow-up along with a free wellness evaluation and monthly metabolism tests.
